Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Items will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If your order is urgent please pop me a message

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail (for parcels up to 1kg), or by courier.

If you are local to Leigh on Sea and would like to collect your order please contact us at

sam@samantha-lily.co.uk to arrange your free collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your product/s, however, if you have any issues or concerns we will do our best to resolve these for you. If you decide that the products are not suitable for you, we offer a 30-day full refund or exchange policy.  This means that within 30 days of receiving your order we will offer you a no-quibbles refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please do the following:

  • Carefully wrap the items (ideally in the packaging they came in) and send them back to the following address: 

  • 4a Dawlish Drive, Leigh on Sea, Essex, SS9 1QX

  • Please ask the post office for a proof of postage and send me the ID (the post office offer this free)

  • Please include your order number, contact details, and reason for return.  If you are exchanging for another item please also detail what you wish to swap it for.

If your purchase is over 30 days from the date you received your order,  please email us at

sam@samantha-lily.co.uk to discuss.

Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear back into your account. Exchanges can take up to 10 days for new items to be received.

Please note: We do not reuse the skincare but we do ask that you return to us so we can investigate any problems you may have had.
